The hotel is lovely and the restaurant is fabulous. Unfortunately we were given a room right next to the kitchen....So basically we could hear the chefs swearing in the evening, as well as all the noise from the kitchen... And then bottles being thrown at 7am....Joy! I would rather have a room less and happy clients than offering a room next to the kitchen.
Five star service and the best meal we on our 12 day trip. The rooms are all updated, and just a few minute walk from City Centre.

Beautiful inside and out. Fine and very helpful staff. Enjoyed fine meals. Clean comfortable rooms with nice furnishings and spacious bath. Received nice complementary bottle of champagne from hotel when my cute wife let them know we were honeymooning here in Scotland.
Just some photos showcasing the history and a meal that I had here. Lovely place to stay that is close to the city but also offers a refuge from the hustle and bustle. The hotel has a rich history and a very supportive and helpful staff.

A basic hotel on the River Ness - if you're lucky you can get a room facing the river but likelihood is the windows will face a wall or onto the back road where garbage trucks will collect rubbish in the small hours of Monday mornings - avoid this side if you can! Although the room was unremarkable, and the interior layout rather ill-considered, I have to say the 'Full Breakfast' here was well worth the £10 or so. Good quality food cooked well, with options for soya milk and Quorn sausages should you be of vegan persuasion. The staff during the breakfast hours are very nice and make you feel welcome. Overall, recommended considering the price against other hotels in the area.
Great location, easy parking, friendly staff. We had a noisy room which was close to the lift. However, When we checked out I mentioned to the receptionist that we were heading for Edinburgh - by the time we arrived in Edinburgh an email had been sent requesting we get a quiet room. Not only did we get a quiet room, we got one overlooking the castle - great service from premier inn, Thanks guys :-)

Great place, comfortable, nice atmosphere and a great choice of beer. Not tried the food yet but always looks good on other tables. Very welcoming, you don't feel put off having a drink on your own here whilst waiting for a train. As pubs in Inverness go this is one of the best.
Good with children. Food is good value for money. Coffee has some room for improvement. Friendly staff, appropriate amount of toilets (up a long flight of stairs), very clean throughout.

One of the best traditional pubs in the city centre - can really feel the history. Friendly bar staff and regulars mix happily with visitors. Regular live Scottish music at weekends like Ted Christopher for some rousing Scottish songs and other pub favourites to sing along too. Has range of beers including Brewdog Punk IPA on keg. As you would expect decent malts and range of Scottish gins.
Love this place. Have used it since the 90s. Probably the best city centre bar in Inverness.

Clean, comfortable, with accommodating and helpful staff.
La casita es preciosa y las habitaciones muy acogedoras, además, Inverness está a tan solo 10 minutos andando. David y Roz han sido muy atentos y amables con nosotros. Sin duda, si volvemos a la zona repetiremos. Una estancia maravillosa.

Very clean. Lovely rooms. Alison spoiled us with a delicious breakfast in her pretty dining room. We are missing our dog on our trip so we were happy she let us play with her sweet dog, Hector! Wonderful B&B! :) Thank you!
This is a nice B&B. It was clean and comfortable. Alison was a quiet, but kind and helpful hostess. Good breakfast. Within walking distance of sights and restaurants in Inverness. Easy drive to other, nearby attractions (Loch Ness, Culloden, Clava Cairns, etc). I enjoyed my stay.

I was last summer, is very welcoming and clean B&B. The location is perfect for visiting the center. Breakfast was superb, plentiful and varied. But the best was the warm reception of the host
Small room, but cozy. Everything is very clean and new. Amazing breakfast and Very friendly staff.
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!
