By far my coffee house of choice, the coffee is the best around. The staff in the shop are polite and helpful. The shop is on the high street and is very accessible to all, the shop is spacious enough for prams and wheelchair access.. The variety of seating is good from comfy sofas, plush high back chairs to family booths (be aware of the lights in the booths very low) Prices are on par for every coffee shop but cafe Nero does taste better... The selection of food, cakes ect is marginally better than Costa and Starbucks but I feel that after being in the states the selections CAN be better... But still good.
Nice place. Not keen on letting customers bring dogs in though. Seen 2 staff members petting a dog, then serving. They didn't wash their hands. ;(

Amazing selection for a little shop. You can find hard to find items here to make many kinds of Asian foods. Highly recommended. Plus their snacks are good.
Great little hole in the wall type shop. Friendly service.
