on route to JOG my back wheel bust another spoke outside inverness. I was near giving up as this was the second broke spoke in 2 days. i took a taxi here, they lent me another good wheel to get me on my way and fixed my wheel for me to collect a few days later on my return south, fantastic service and nice people. many thanks for saving me.

What a great find. I arrived off the sleeper with a broken spoke and an adventure to be had. This was the third shop I visited and despite being busy they squeezed my repair in. Excellent workmanship, service and price. They ensured that my Highland weekend went ahead. Super grateful.

Took bike in on Saturday with concerns over rear wheel. Shop was busy (always a good sign) but young lad, Robin, took time to examine bike, explained I needed new bearings, gave me options. Given the miles I do I decided to buy new set of wheels, which he fitted there and then between dealing efficiently with other customers. Price was excellent, service fantastic.

Had a problem with my bike this morning!!! went in to the shop spoke to the fantastic staff/technicians the guys were so helpful and fixed my bike. The lads deserve a pat on the back incredible customer service, I will definitely be back. Thanks again👍

Good stock of bikes and accessories but staff could be more helpful.

I have experience great customer service on a number of occasions while dealing with Jesse and the rest of the team in the workshop. I had a warranty problem with my bike which was bought at Alpine Bikes. They were most helpful and dealt with the problem promptly and without fuss. Great knowledgeable staff, who are happy to help. Ticket To Ride - Bike Hire

Hired a hybrid to take to Loch Ness. Excellent experience all round. Good advice on route, clear about what type of bikes were on offer and excellent bike, worked and well supplied with alan keys, pump and helmet. Good price and generally great service. Strongly recommend.

The second time I have used TTR and this year 2018 we hired bikes and did the Hebridean trip with taxi to Oban and back from Ullapool. Everything went very smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. I've wanted to ride the Hebridean chain for years and TTR made it all possible

This is the 2nd time I’ve used the store and the service is superb. Very knowledgeable guys who will get you back in your bike in no time.

Friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble for them, they're passionate about bikes and it shows. It's obviously a specialist shop, but the guys who work there have no issue helping with even the smallest problems (they even sorted my 4 year olds bike for her). Some of their kit can be expensive, but that's to be expected given the nature of the shop and they will never recommend the top end stuff unless you really need it. Great little place for anything bike related.
