Local Restaurants & Places to Eat around Inverness

Georges Restaurant

19 Queensgate, Inverness IV1 1DF, UK – 0845 291 5421

I really liked the Indian food and also the fact that the food was freshly cooked. The food was excellent and you should try it.

Great Indian Food, One of the finest in Inverness,UK.

The Ivy Bar and Kitchen

25 Church St, Inverness IV1, UK – 01463 241459

The food was alright but I ended up having to send my lamb back as it was undercooked (cold in the middle). They were fairly good and quick about replacing it when I pointed it out so I would probably try eating here again as the rest of our experience was fine.

Great food. First class table service and a lovely atmosphere!

The Mustard Seed Restaurant

16 Fraser St, Inverness IV1 1DW, UK – 01463 220220

I have been using the Mustard seed restaurant for my guests for years, so confident that my guests will have an excellent culinary experience that I have two tables booked there every night. I dine there myself, and recently thoroughly enjoyed a main dish of lamb. Matthew and Neil do their job with the utmost of professionalism, and how Matthew has come on, I remember him when he started as a waiter, under the instruction and excellent training of Christine. I have never had a bad experience in the Mustard seed, the food, the wine, (soldiers block), a most enjoyable merlot to accompany any red meat dish, and of course the staff that make the whole experience one that you not quickly forget. Well done guys, and here's to many more enjoyable nights at the Mustard seed. Kenny Macmillan, Crown House, Inverness.

Great food. Everything we had was super fresh and tasty. Super friendly staff. Gave us recommendations for our day on Isle of Skye. Sat down for about 15 minutes to explain everything. Not a let down.
